RIP: 27,000 words

Woe is me. My hard drive melted into nothing last week, taking with it months of emails, photos, three interviews, and the novel I had been doing so well producing for Nanowrimo.

I could still pick up where I left off, continue writing until the end (about 3000 words each day until the end of the month, as I've had a week of trying to get a computer and pick up the pieces of life and work which left little time for writing), then on December 1 start once more from the beginning and recreate what was lost.

A daunting task, as well as an exercise in letting go and moving on. And backing up your work, every day.

Stay tuned for some new book reviews this week.

Oh no, what can I say? Horrible thing to have happen - all that inspired writing and all...BUT November is not over yet!
