Since some have emailed me to ask, Kooky Cakes rests in Kamuela (Waimea) on the Big Island.
This is chocolate cake with layers of chocolate caramel ganache (caramalized sugar and chocolate), topped with brown sugar buttercream. I highly recommend.

Thanks Caren! It was delectable, and didn't last long. I thought that flower was real at first--but Zayda's creations are beautiful and delicious.
